I have always received an excellent service from Bluline and the preferred provider hospitals we have used.
I chose to have my family on my policy as it’s good to know if any problems arise then everything would be rectified very quickly.
On my most recent claim I opened my claim in the February, I had an MRI in March and then had some physiotherapy to try and rectify the problem. I was still experiencing issues so I then had surgery in the June. If I had gone via the NHS then I may have still been waiting in June for a consultation.
Everyone I have dealt with is very supportive and they make the claims process easy and quick, so I have been able to return to work and support my family.
